I'm a lady who loves her beauty products! No makeup makeup is my game & pretty packaging gets me every time, though I'm willing to forgive that with skincare (but only if the product is effective!).

I'm a Stewardess who prefers quiet spaces and places, but I could talk all beauty all the time! Please enjoy your visit!

Suqqu Fest: Suqqu Nuancing Loose Powder in Natural, Suqqu Creamy Glow Lipstick in 03 Tsuyazakura & 08 Keshiaka & 12 Hiwada, Suqqu Blend Color Eyeshadow EX-11 Sumiredama

YES, YES...Suqqu FEST!!! As in, I hauled all this awhile ago and now it's time to celebrate with some swatches and reviews!! I also have a couple of brushes, but will review them later.

A shout out to my Suqqu mentor, Ms. Bellyhead @ Wondegondigo. I had been contemplating brushes, but I completely blame her for all other purchases as she pushed my lemming a@@ over the edge :-)  Love you!!!!

This post is super pic heavy...but totally worth it :-)  These products unfortunately are not available in the US. If you have a friend or relative that lives in London or various shops in Asia, you're very lucky and should have no problem procuring these treats!! Otherwise Selfridges will ship to the US (and elsewhere) if you call to place an order, but be prepared for very high shipping (have ready anywhere from $50-100 depending  upon how large the order is and who helps you).

And a SUPER DUPER HUGE THANK YOU to the amazing and wonderful Ms. S who helped me get these items!!! xo :-)

Suqqu Nuancing Loose Powder in Natural

I love the elegant packaging. Even the boxes are quiet and understated, yet beautiful to the eye.

I thought the Chanel Loose Powder was the most silky and soft feeling loose powder I'd ever felt. If Chanel is silk, Suqqu is Cashmere and clouds... with that cashmere luxury softness that you just might miss because it feels so lightweight and almost creamy to the touch.

The finish of the Suqqu Nuancing Loose Powder in Natural is as wonderful as it feels! It's soft, yet utterly believable...giving you the kind of blurred out effect with a natural finish that makes my foundation look so, so pretty. On bare skin this plays down my freshly moisturized face by giving it the perfect hint of polish on mostly no makeup days. It doesn't make my skin even remotely dry! I also don't find it any more or less oil controlling than my Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Natural Lighting Powder or Guerlain Meteorites Wulong compact powder.

In this pic: from the loose powder blob up to just about that bulging vein is the powder blended out

Same thing, just oh-so-slight different angle: from the loose powder blob up to just about that bulging vein is the powder blended out

This powder is beautiful and feels amazing to the touch and on my skin. The finish is beautifully natural with a slight blurring of pores and such. If you ever have the opportunity to pick one up and try it, it's absolutely worth it!! However, I don't think it's something you need to obsess over and try whatever method you can to get your hands on it :-)

Suqqu Creamy Glow Lipstick in 03 Tsuyazakura, 08 Keshiaka, 12 Hiwada

Suqqu Creamy Glow Lipstick in 03 Tsuyazakura, 08 Keshiaka, 12 Hiwada

These are the most crazy creamy, glide-on-in-a-breeze, light-as-a-feather lipsticks I think I've ever tried!! These things apply so silky smooth they almost feel like they will slip right off my lips if I don't have the mind control to slow them down. I've never even felt a balm that would do that!!! The texture is out of this world, and on top of that these have amazing pigment that pretty much covers my lips in one go. I do another pass just out of habit, but there is no need to.

I'm pretty in love with these, and I want more colors!

With consistent talking, I get around 3 hours of wear time. These are super comfortable to wear and are lightly moisturizing. If you are a lipstick lover, I think this is one lipstick you should put on your bucket list...the texture is that different and amazing.

03 Tsuyazakura and 08 Keshiaka look almost identical on my lips. They look so identical that I could get away with only one of them if I ever get the opportunity to repurchase.

Suqqu Blend Color Eyeshadow EX-11 Sumiredama from the Spring 2013 collection...at first, quick glance this compact looks white...

Upon closer inspection it has a beautiful iridescence to it!!

And here she is!!! The colors are so gorgeous and multi-dimensional I almost can't stand it!!! Depending on the light and how light/heavy the application, the colors seem to take on a life of their own.

The texture is superb too...smoooooth...and soft like cashmere that just melts into my skin and feels light as a feather. The top 2 colors feel almost spongy (which may seem strange but is good, promise!!), while the darkest color is a bit harder though no less blendable. Speaking of blending, these colors can be built up or sheered out to your heart's content. These colors work so well together too - whatever the combination you choose!! I had been wearing Chanel's Raffinement eyeshadow quad a lot, but this one has shoved Raffinement out of the way and is getting a majority of the attention.

I didn't even open this up for a long time because I was a bit scared of the colors, despite all the glowing reviews. When I used this for the first time I was stunned at how beautifully the colors looked and worked on my skin tone. In other words...if I had easy access to this I would have already bought a back up. I love it THAT much!!!

I'm not even going to attempt to describe the colors...would be a disgrace to pigeonhole them in such a way. Instead I'll let the following pics speak for themselves!!!

Oops...sorry...somehow I wiped off the left side of the bottom color...

What do you think?? Anything you'd could find yourself lusting after??
